Betvish Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Betvish. Betvish is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

These Terms apply to all services on the betvish.net website and mobile application. By using any Betvish service, you acknowledge that:

Betvish follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Identity verification is mandatory prior to withdrawal or after a certain transaction threshold is reached. The following documents are required for verification:

Betvish supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• ✓ Full account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• ✓ Deposited funds must be used for betting at least once.
• ✓ Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• ✓ The withdrawal payment method must match the method used for the deposit.

Betvish bonus and promotion offers are provided under specific terms. Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and applicable games/events.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from betting are eligible for withdrawal.
• Betvish reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Betvish. A confirmation message is shown before each bet is finalized. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, though a cashout option may be available in some cases.

• ✓ The minimum bet amount is ৳20 and the maximum bet is determined by the specific event.
• ✓ Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
• ✓ If an error in the odds is identified before an event begins, Betvish reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
• ✓ If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• ✓ In a parlay or accumulator, if one leg is voided, it will be calculated at odds of 1.0.
• ✓ In the event of a dispute over an event's outcome, betvish's decision shall be considered final.

Decimal, Fractional, and American odds formats are all supported. Decimal odds are shown by default and can be changed in Settings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betvish platform and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under one person is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee profit (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Betting on Behalf of Others: Betting on behalf of others or using third-party funds is prohibited.
• Match Fixing Information: Betting using insider or unlawfully obtained information is prohibited.

Betvish reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• For violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• For providing false or misleading information.
• If identity verification fails.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If evidence of underage use of an account is found.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

Betvish believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we encourage all our members to play responsibly and provide the following tools:

• ✓ Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits.
• ✓ Session Limit: Sets the maximum amount of time you can play in a single session.
• ✓ Loss Limit: Set a threshold at which betting is automatically stopped after a certain amount of losses.
• ✓ Self-Exclusion: Option to suspend your account for 6 months or permanently.
• ✓ Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting activity for 1–30 days.
